First of all I want to thank all of you for your hard work, with probably little to no gain to yourselves! It is really people like you that make this phone one of the most interesting and versatile phones on the market.
I was wondering if the original 550mhz patch was safe to use after updating to 1.4, I was under the impression that it was not really over-clocking the chip because it can run up to 600mhz for 3D gaming. I was unable to find a clear answer other than the file being labeled OS independent, and some posts suggesting it may not be safe. Please excuse my ignorance on the subject, any information would be appreciated.

I'm not super jealous, because I went back to 1.3.5.1 to keep the 800hz patch, but that video looks delicious

I'd love to get the call log from 1.4 back... so as soon as you need no-fear-1.4-guinea-pigs, you let me know

blah!!! Can't download video's on Pre. Seems to stream the code rather than video. (i hate media/rapidshare) Hulkshare works good on Pre. I emailed myself the link and will download it an have a look.
