Palm profile login problems

Just had to doctor a pre..

cannot sign into Palm Profile, anyone else having the same problem?

PS- anyone know the www online link to palm profile

i believe palm's servers are down or under maintenance

Same issue.. I think Palm Profile site is down.

I did the WebOS Doctor to get rid of the tweaks and stuff.

Then I did the upgrade and now noticed that I don't have any profile settings.. nada.

Just been looking around for an answer.

Was just about to check to see if Palm posted any kind of status issue. Not sure where to look but I will search for it.

If I find something I will post it back here.

I'm online with a Palm rep and they are confirming that the service is down... I had to Dr mine too.

Great link, but the server is down, so the link just says:

Service Unavailable
This server is temporarily unable to service requests.(Internal-Reason: 132)

Still down!

I wonder if they had problems because the 1.2 profile will be different from the 1.1 profile, considering that it will now store things like Bookmarks.

I am with you there. I need my phone. Why the heck did they lock out the phone like this. It makes my equipment worthless with out their service.

OK think there is a problem!

Suddenly on my Working/differnt pre, I tapped backup, and it logged me OUT of palm profile.

can someone try this link, see if you are able to log in properly?

FAWKKKKK now it logged me OUT of my palm profile (on the working phone) and I can no longer log into Palm Profile. <---only 2 options are available "Just Restart" and "Erase All Data"
