Open the clock app and select the preferences screen.
"sixtyten" allows the user to set the alarm in one minute intervals instead of five minutes. "4231" apparently removes the dashboard notification when you set an alarm. Last edited by jeffgus; 10/01/2009 at 01:08 PM. |

I've never bothered to register but had to just to say THANKS!! I tried this and I got it to work on my second try.The phone made a short beep and vibrated and then I was able to set alarm in one minute intervals.But I have to know how the hell did you ever figure out how to do this?? and if you know of any easy codes that will activate the LED notification

Like the other apps on the Pre, Clock is written in Javascript. With terminal access, you can literally just read the source code, and presumably our benefactor noticed the code that implements these Easter eggs while browsing through the code.
