Tip Calculator *Redux* v1.0.4 [was v1.0.3] (7/28)

I DID NOT ORGINALLY CREATE THIS!!! JWZ DID!! I JUST MODIFIED IT TO WHAT PEOPLE WERE ASKING FOR

I have added decimal support as well as uncommenting the rest of the taxes.

For version 1.0.1+ you will need to use devmode and SDK to install.

are you sure you are on 1.0.3 and you phone didnt force auto update after the 3rd charge like it supposed to?

Ah ... this version's not signed. Need to install in Dev Mode via the SDK.

ahhhh, i packaged it with palm-package from the leaked sdk. I will sign it in about 45 minutes when I get home.

I have the decimal on the left side as i kept selecting the '.' when I wanted to enter the '0' because of its location.

Have not used the touchstone nor usb cable since the update was released.
I've been using my old Centro as a battery charger.
Plus device info icon shows me this:

just a tip, but it seems to have the decimal-zero problem that the earlier ones have.

it wouldn't let me put a decimal then a zero right after it

can anyone delete this app. I saved it with 1.0.3, updated my phone to 1.0.4 and now i cant delete the tip calc. I dont want to reset my phone because I dont want to lose a couple other homebrew apps. any suggestions?

Ooh, I can't delete it either. I'm still on 1.0.3 but the update tollings started chiming a few hours ago.

so is it safe to assume that we won't be able to delete the tip calc or updated it since we cant install anymore apps via e mail.

You can delete any app by cd'ing to the directory and using rm -rf on the app folder. Must be rooted though.

I'm having the same issue on the version I was working on....can't seem to figure that one out. Seems like it would be simple, but it's been driving me crazy..

does anyone know how to delete tip calc without having the phone rooted. Is that possible? has anyone been successful and can walk me through it?

If we reinstall TC: Redux in Dev mode via the SDK can we delete it then? Can anyone try that.

Without the email install (sneaky 1.0.4 installed last night) I think I'm gonna have to brave rooting to keep on top of my device.
