Default Background Application and App Menu

I have a background application that launches a scene. This scene's AppMenu won't work. When I click on it nothing happens. How do I troubleshoot this?

There are no missing or extra comma's.
Application Menu is Ignoring Me
Application Menu w/AppAssistant?

NEVERMIND! I debugged it and found the error right away.

Ironically, I posted up instructions on how to debug MONTHS ago.
