I don't know why my Pre is telling me to make and update now or later. I've update my phone to the last webos software, an this morning my pre was asking for an update. Does someone know if the update for Webos 1.3 is release?

you know what mr chiller? i must concur with your guesstimate as well lol.. and i think the update will come with a revamped sdk, video recording, voice dial, touchscreen keyboard, and 1000 apps.. oh yeah and blink notifications hahahaha

Memory fix - more apps on my device!!! Palm is shooting itself in the foot by not fixing this by yesterday.
